When you log a session, we collect:

• Sport type (badminton, tennis, table tennis, or pickleball)
• Session type (matches or practice)
• Venue name
• Session duration
• Match results (wins and losses)
• Opponent names (if provided)
• Mood after session
• Date and time of session

2.3 Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

• Media Library Access: Required only when you choose to save a session summary image to your device's photo gallery. We do not access or read any existing photos or videos on your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Store and display your session history and statistics
• Calculate streaks, win rates, and performance trends
• Generate shareable session summary images
• Sync your data across devices via cloud storage
• Improve the App's functionality and user experience

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication for user accounts and Cloud Firestore for session data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing companies. Your session data is private and only accessible to you through your authenticated account.

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent: When you explicitly choose to share a session summary image via the App's share feature.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Service providers: With Google Firebase, solely for the purpose of providing cloud infrastructure and authentication services.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase Authentication: For secure user sign-up and login.
• Google Cloud Firestore: For secure cloud storage of session data.

7. Advertising

SHUTTLR does not display any advertisements. We do not use advertising IDs or any ad-related tracking technologies. The App is completely ad-free.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it from our servers.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your session data and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Export your session data
